ABOUT YAMA
Yama (Sihan) Li is a multimedia artist, visual designer, and curator based in Los Angeles. Her talent ranges across CG animation, film directing, motion design, graphic design, and digital media art. She holds a BA degree from UCLA Design Media Arts major and furthered her education with an MFA in Experimental Animation major at CalArts.
Li is known for her unique artistic approach, characterized by the adept use of abstract, stream-of-consciousness, and dream-like imagery. Her creative expression goes beyond traditional boundaries, as she skillfully unveils her personal narrative and intricate relationship with the world through mixed digital media.
